If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, kindly reach out to us by phone or make adjustments to your appointment schedule online at your earliest convenience. No cancellation fees will be applied.

If you receive a service for over 10 minutes and decide to change your mind, a refund will not be provided.

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for body soaking before any body scrub treatment.

If our schedule is fully booked and you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full service time, and there's a possibility that we might need to change to a different service.
